Individualised naturopathy consultations designed to give us the time to understand your health concerns, explore the factors that may be influencing your health, and develop a practical and tailored treatment plan.
Consultation types.
Initial Consultation
For new clients. Your initial consultation gives us time to explore your health concerns, health history, diet, lifestyle and goals in detail.
60 minutes • $200
Return Consultation
For ongoing care, allowing us to review your progress, discuss any changes and make adjustments to your treatment plan where appropriate.
30 minutes • $120
Extended Consultation
Additional time for a more comprehensive review of your progress, test results or changes in your health concerns.
45 minutes • $150
Acute Consultation
15 minutes • $60
A shorter consultation for existing clients requiring support with an acute or short-term health concern.
What to expect.
Before your appointment
Before your first appointment, you’ll receive a New Patient Form and Informed Consent Form by email to complete prior to your consultation. This gives me an overview of your health history, current concerns, medications and supplements, and any recent pathology or investigations.
If you have any recent test results or relevant reports, these can also be provided prior to your appointment.
During your appointment
We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle and goals in detail. Your consultation is collaborative, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and be actively involved in your care.
Where appropriate, further pathology, functional testing or a referral to another healthcare practitioner may also be discussed.
After your appointment
You’ll receive your personalised treatment plan by email within 48 hours of your consultation. This will outline the recommendations discussed during your appointment, including any prescribed supplements or herbal medicines, recommended pathology or functional testing, and guidance around your next steps.
