These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients (“you,” “your,” “client,” or “patient”) who use or purchase products and/or services from Katelyn Bolin Naturopathy (ABN: 86 321 636 145) its contractors, employees, related entities, successors, and assigns (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively entitled as “Documents”). If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.

1. Definitions

Business: Refers to our online and in-person naturopathy clinic, including both online and physical dispensaries.

Products: Natural supplements, nutritional products, herbal tinctures, topical applications, personal care items, baby/pregnancy products, and educational materials.

Services: Naturopathic consultations, personalised treatment plans, health advice, and other related services, delivered in-person and/or online.

2. Fees and Payments

  • Fees: Fees are provided at the time of booking, purchase, or upon request. You agree to pay applicable fees, including postage, delivery, and cancellation fees.

  • Prices: Prices are in AUD. Prices are fixed once an order is confirmed.

  • GST: Applicable Australian GST will be itemised on your invoice.

  • Payment Methods: Payment is due at the end of your appointment and must be made before any product orders can be placed. Payments may be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  • Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours before an appointment to avoid fees. Less than 24 hours may incur 50% of the fee; less than 3 hours may incur 100%. No shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee. Notify through the Aēsara Health patient portal.

  • Refunds: Refunds are discretionary and processed upon request via email, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Products & Services: It is your responsibility to ensure that products or services are suitable to your needs. Prior to purchasing any products or using our services, we encourage you to consider whether they are appropriate for your individual situation, carry out your own research, and consult with your primary care doctor, counsellor, or other qualified healthcare professionals if needed.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or cures.

  • Limitation of Liability: Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for non-excludable consumer guarantees is limited to resupplying, replacing, or paying the cost of the goods/services.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Inaccurate or misleading information you provide

  • Breach of these Terms or related Documents

  • Misuse of products or services

  • Violation of laws by you

5. Disputes

You agree to cooperate in handling disputes, complaints, or investigations arising from your use of products or services, even after these Terms are terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

We own or license all rights, titles, and interests in our website, content, products, services, and treatment plans. Your use does not transfer any rights to you.

7. Confidential Information

Products and services are for personal use only. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit any part without our written consent. Sharing treatment plan information with healthcare providers is permitted.

8. General Provisions

  • Modifications: We may modify services or these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

  • Delays: Not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

  • Severance: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Terms.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.

  • Notices: We may send notices via email or website Katelyn Bolin Naturopathy.

  • Termination: We may terminate these Terms or restrict access to services without notice.

  • Privacy: We follow Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. See our Privacy Policy.

  • Email Communication: You consent to electronic communication. We are not liable for unauthorised access or delivery issues.

  • Jurisdiction: Katelyn Bolin Naturopathy is governed by the laws of Victoria Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of that region.
